Inspectors highlighted our home’s warm and welcoming atmosphere, the strong relationships between staff and residents and the consistently high standard of personalised, person-centred care. Feedback delivered in Feburary confirmed impressive scores of 6, 5 and 5, results that have left the team delighted and even more determined to continue striving for excellence. Our management team led the inspection process with confidence and professionalism, reflecting a well-run home that maintains superb standards under the leadership of our Home Manager Gordon Philp, whose commitment to quality is clearly embedded throughout the team.
