Residential Care

Whether you’re planning on residing at Manor Grange Care Home because you don’t want the hassle of maintaining your own home any longer, or you need care and support throughout the day, our staff is trained to provide each resident with as much or as little assistance as they require.

We seek to provide not only around-the-clock medical care but also well-being support by providing a number of fantastic services and facilities, allowing residents to live a full and happy life every day.

What is Residential Care?

Residential Care assists individuals with daily duties such as bathing, dressing, personal care, medication administration, and mobility. Residential care, as the name implies, means that residents can treat our home as their own and live their lives as they normally would, taking advantage of the many services and amenities provided on site. Residential care is long-term care provided to adults who live in a group setting rather than their own or their family’s home, assisting those who are struggling with everyday activities and providing the assistance they require.

How We Approach Residential Care

Our approach to residential care is more than just addressing care needs; it’s about caring for our residents’ overall health, wellbeing, and interests; a truly holistic approach to residential care. We’re here to help our residents live their lives as they wish, with as much or as little assistance as needed. Our entire home has been built to provide residents with the best degree of comfort and luxury, and a truly home-from-home experience allowing them to remain as independent as possible.

Residential Care at Manor Grange Care Home

Our Home Manager is backed up by a team of nurses and care assistants who go above and beyond to ensure that all residents are comfortable and happy during their stay. Residents receive residential care on the ground floor of our purpose-built care home, where they receive the best care possible at all hours of the day and night. Our person-centered approach to care means that we care for our residents as a whole, giving them the opportunity to pursue their hobbies and new interests in a safe and supportive environment, while being around like minded people.

When is Residential Care Appropriate?

Residential Care will be the most appropriate option if you or someone you know is finding it difficult to live alone and continue with daily chores, or if living alone is negatively affecting emotional or physical health. This type of care is an excellent choice for those who require extra support day-to-day to continue doing the things they enjoy, but who are otherwise self-sufficient. We’re here to support our residents in their endeavours, with as much or as little assistance as they require. It is vital to us that Manor Grange Care Home seems like home from the start, and that daily living is easy and free from undue worry.
