Celebrating The Manor Grange Nurses

Manor Grange is fortunate to have a team of nurses who are both passionate and dedicated to Nursing. They do not view their roles as jobs but as a vocation, being drawn to the desire to care for others. It’s not a regular 9-5 job, as often events may happen out with the working day and since we care for human beings, we do not just walk away at the end of our shift.

They choose instead to stay and complete the required care that a resident or relative needs at any given moment. It is essential to have empathy for those in our care and to have a complete understanding of people's individual needs. It’s crucial to be non-judgemental in a role such as this, and we’re so grateful to have such an incredible team here at Manor Grange. Residents deserve excellence in the provision of their care at all times.

We hosted a special buffet supper for our nurses, where they were presented with personalized Fob Watches and individual Clinical Assessment Kits as a thank you for all of their hard work at Manor Grange. We always want to support our nurses, so that they in turn can support our residents in the most effective ways that they can.
